Mi propósito es restaurar respetando la identidad y la integridad del instrumento; intentando intervenir de manera reversible utilizando materiales que correspondan a la época y a la factura del instrumento. Tener en cuenta el valor histórico tanto contextual como factual.
He tenido la suerte de poder trabajar sobre instrumentos de los más destacados constructores españoles del siglo XX (Manuel Ramirez, Santos Hernandez, Enrique Garcia, Francisco Simplicio, Marcelo Barbero, Emilio Pascual, etc ) así como también con instrumentos de otras ascendencias (guitarras francesas del siglo XIX, guitarras Selmer, mandolinas Embergher, guitarras americanas).
Je conçois la restauration comme devant respecter l’intégrité et l’identité de l’instrument (tenant compte de son histoire, d’un point de vue factuel et contextuel). J’effectue donc, des interventions révérsibles et en utilisant des materiaux cohérents avec l’époque et la facture de l’instrument.
J’ai eu le privilège de pouvoir travailler sur des instruments de constructeurs espagnols parmi les plus renommés : Manuel Ramirez, Santos Hernandez, Enrique Garcia, Francisco Simplicio, Marcelo Barbero ou Emilio Pascual; ainsi que sur de nombreuses guitares françaises du XIXème, des guitares Selmer, des mandolines Embergher et des guitares américaines.
My goal is to restore the guitar with special attention to the identity and integrity of the instrument.
